The Grand River Railway& the Lake Erie & Northern Railway were amongst the first interurban lines in Canada. Both were operated by the Canadian Pacific Railway & served the Waterloo/Kitchener area to Pt.Dover/Simcoe for over 70 years along the Grand River The London & Pt. Stanley Ry was part of a proposed Ontario Hydro-Electric Railway network that never materialized. 16 mm film from Foster Palmer; 8mm film from John Mills;John Kelly, John Roberts & Al Kerr show these lines in their final years.
