Details
Foster Palmer moved to Boston in 1938. He lived in Watertown when this video was made in 1997. He passed away there in 2001. In 1948 he began shooting 16mm color and black & white movies of the Type 4s, Center Entrance, Type 5s and the PCC cars. These films capture the beauty & splendor of old time Boston. The automobiles, buildings, & scenery are a backdrop to the trolley action that is shown.
