Details

On September 6th, 2001 the TTC celebrated its 80th birthday with the return to Toronto of historic open car #327, which has been in regular seasonal service at the Halton County Radial Railway in Milton, Ontario for over 30 years. Along with Peter Witt 2766, PC 4500, a CLRV, an ALRV, and some buses, 327 carried the official party leading the parade west on Queen to Spadina, north to College, east to Bay, south to Dundas, east to Church, and back to City Hall via Queen. This 60 minute video has a brief history of the car and shows this historic run with some comments from the organizers.
